We pulled into the lot and was immediately greeted by Mary with a warm welcome. We came to the dealership with a few vehicles in mind but after considering a few financial factors, we were forced to consider other options that better met our budget. Mary was very helpful in offering us other options that weren't going to break our pockets. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the Fors brand, but she was also very kind and honest with us and really helped us choose the vehicle that was safe and best for us. Even after all the paperwork and financials, Mary continued to provide us excellent service and go the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Buying my 2016 Escape couldn't have been easier La'Quisha Turner worked extensively with me via e-mail before I ever made it to the showroom. When we got to the showroom, the vehicle we had been dealing with had been sold... but NO WORRIES, La"Quisha had the information on several other vehicles by the time we arrived that fit the options we were looking for. She met us and let us look at several vehicles until we found the RIGHT fit. Once the purchase was done, she took the time to explain ALL the options. She had to teach this "old dog" lots of new tricks with all the options that were on my 2016 ESCAPE, but she took her time and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. Even after the purchase, I've contacted for information and she quickly responds. She is the BEST sales person I have ever worked with. We scheduled to have our windows tinted by the dealership and that process was very smooth and done just as promised. More

Amazing, honest, quick I went into this dealership just to look around because I wanted to get a bigger truck. I have never owned a Ford but have always admired the F350's. These guys didn't have one in my price range so they found one and had it transported to their lot. Was exactly what I wanted and then some. I will be back to visit these guys again when I get ready to get me another car!! Was not overly pressured with anything at all. The only bad thing I have to say about this dealer is about their parking situation. With them being under construction it is super inconvenient to get in and around that lot. More
