I was greeted immediately by Crystal Treadway who then gave me her undivided attention regarding what sort of vehicle I wanted. She showed me what was available in the inventory, took me out on the lot, we test drove the car, and I ended up buying that car. Crystal is the epitome of what a car salesperson should be. She does not try to pressure you into anything, actively listens to the customer, takes the time to explain the features of the car (technology has certainly changed since I bought my last car), and just makes the purchasing process so easy.
