We never got that, and asked for it several times, so we were quite excited to get a chance to thank them to someone who mattered. About two weeks ago, I started looking at the Mustang, as it’s my turn to treat me now….LOL, but we came back to Marcello and Victor. They were very professional and I have sent two other families to see you about purchases, and one has already purchased. I was very happy with my visit on Tues, 1 Jun 10 where I received a free oil change & tire rotation through my VIP service. I also had my 60K mile check-up and a full detail. I had to drop off my vehicle for the whole day and they gave me a complimentary loaner so I wasn't without a ride. Pete, the service rep, was very professional & gave me an update during the day to let me know the status of my vehicle which was nice and they were able to get everything done in 1 day. On a side note: I was very happy with this visit and there was no wait time since I dropped off the vehicle for the whole day so that's why this particular visit was rated very high. However, in the past when I did wait for the oil change & car wash , the wait time was an average of 2.5 hours. I think this is something they seriously need to work on so beware if you decide to wait on your vehicle. More

These guys are always fantastic! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their service and that you understand everything that is going on with your vehicle. When you walk-in someone is alwa to make sure you are happy with their service and that you understand everything that is going on with your vehicle.
