In December of 2019, I walked into Sheehy Ford of Springfield to test drive a SUV. It was supposed to be an easy purchase since I had cash and required $0 financing. I did require 2 things - use my Springfield to test drive a SUV. It was supposed to be an easy purchase since I had cash and required $0 financing. I did require 2 things - use my mailing address and not my physical address, and transfer my tags. They failed on both tasks! Over the last year I have made over ten attempts to fix this problem and have been ignored. I won't recommend this auto dealer to anyone. More
