I go to Sheehy because the staff are courteous, upfront, and they let me know what I do or do not need as well as the time frame for getting work done. I've never had a problem with Sheehy staff, and I expe and they let me know what I do or do not need as well as the time frame for getting work done. I visited this dealership one Saturday in May. I was approached by a member of the sales staff who asked if I was planning to purchase a car that day. I told him I was just looking and gathering i I was approached by a member of the sales staff who asked if I was planning to purchase a car that day. I told him I was just looking and gathering information. He told me to come back another day. He said management wanted sales people to close sales that day and, if I didn't plan on doing that, he didn't have time for me. I won't ever visit this dealership again! More

Bad experience I was in need to get a family van they have a used one that has 45,000 miles on it. Very unprofessional they insisted me to get that one not even let me choose a better option because they have a used one that has 45,000 miles on it. Very unprofessional they insisted me to get that one not even let me choose a better option because they didn’t have nothing else to offer it was frustrating and annoying finally they convinced me to get that one make me paying $36,000 later on I found that I could get same car for $26,000 at Toyota dealer in Springfield with very reasonable price and better looking inside. Beware! More
