Excellent Dealership So I went to trade my 2007 Dodge Charger in for a 2012 Chevy Impala but I couldn't get it cause the trade in for my charger was only 4000 and owe 5000 So I went to trade my 2007 Dodge Charger in for a 2012 Chevy Impala but I couldn't get it cause the trade in for my charger was only 4000 and owe 5000 negative balance so Conrad Westerman did what he had to do to put me in a car it wasn't the car I wanted but I got rid of that nightmare of problems and I left with a 2016 Hyundai Elantra but I do want another charger in a year but I want a AWD one thanks for the great experience More

Would Recommend (and already have!) I had a great experience at Sheehy. My check engine light came on in my car and I was able to make an appointment to get that checked. I was unfamil I had a great experience at Sheehy. My check engine light came on in my car and I was able to make an appointment to get that checked. I was unfamiliar with the service area and William came out and told me where to go and what to do. After I got into the waiting area, he came over and chatted with me about my car for a little. My mom called and he left me alone to have my conversation. He wasn't forceful or anything. He left me to do my thing, and when I was off of the phone for a bit, he came back over and asked if I had looked at the brochure he had given me. I said yes, and that I actually had been thinking about trading my car in soon anyway. He showed me some options and made me a deal. I told him I did not want to make a decision without knowing what was wrong with my car, and he was very understanding. I waited for my car to be done getting a diagnostic and it came back with a LOT of problems. I was going to have to spend way more on my old car than I had anticipated. I told William that I would be using that money that I would have been putting into my old car as a down payment on a new one. However, I just changed jobs, took a significant pay cut, currently moved, and did not have the most money available to me. He worked with me to make sure my payments would be in the range I was comfortable in. Brittany took over and was very pleasent and wonderful to work with. After I had purchased the car and went home, I looked over my agreement again and it made no sense to me. I got nervous that I had been scammed.... I called her right away and she told me to come in at my conveinence to look things over. I went in the next day and she explained everything to me. Took less than 5 minutes. She wrote down the numbers and showed me what I had been missing. I had been texting my roommate, who needs a new car, the whole time and told her she should definitely come to Sheehy Hyundai to get her new car. They are great people to work with. Very professional and care about your needs and what you want. My roommate plans to get a car with them in the coming months and I will definitely recommend them to others! More
