My new Hyundai 2015 My experience somewhat was difficult trying to negotiate my car payments with the sales manager, letting him know what I could afford with my budget.I My experience somewhat was difficult trying to negotiate my car payments with the sales manager, letting him know what I could afford with my budget.I gave them a specific amount, and they came back with something totally different than what I stated, that was the only bad experience that I had, but my salesperson was very nice, calm and patient with me, after negotiating the car payment that I could afford, everything was fine, at the end they had to get my car that I wanted from another car dealership, because I wanted blue, so I had to wait 2 days for my car to arrive at Waldorf Hyundai to pick up, that was fine. I do like my car and features that comes with it. I wish my salesperson the best. Thank you! More

This decision was heavily influenced by my positive experience at Hyundai of Waldorf. Mr. Miller took the time to showcase the specific car that I was interested in and meet my needs. He was informed, respectful, and genuinely enthusiastic to represent the brand. I really appreciated his good attitude in contrast to other local dealers who seemed more disinterested, assumed I was naive or easily manipulated, or tried to pressure me into a sale without taking the time to provide great service or allow for reasonable negotiations. Great Service and a Great selection of vehicles This is my second vehicle I have purchased with Sheehy, The first location was in Marlow Heights and the second was the Waldorf location, Before you g This is my second vehicle I have purchased with Sheehy, The first location was in Marlow Heights and the second was the Waldorf location, Before you go have an idea of the type of vehicle you wish to have. As a busy mom and knowing little about cars, my salesmen James and Eric were very helpful. They did not try to put me in a expensive car that was out of my budget and really had my best interest at mind. At the end I walked away with a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and til this day I get calls from them, making sure I am comfortable with the new gadgets and parts of the car. The friendly service is like no other and yes I am a real customer who appreciates great service and patience. O, and don't worry about putting your own tags and registration on they will do all of that. Great business starts with great customer service and it is not about a quick sale.
