Eric Coates needs recognition for not only being an exceptional Product Specialist but also an exceptional human being. From greeting me on the lot in the frigid temps of winter, he showed his compassion to my personal wants, needs and desires in a vehicle. He took time to show and educate me on the vehicles in the lot. Then sitting down at his desk he went further to discuss all the other possible choices within my needs and budget. When he asked what I really wanted I was a bit embarassed to say. I told him, "My true dream truck is a Toyota 4Runner but that's out of the question, because well..the expense." He said, "Well let's just take a look". If I'm being honest, I totally thought it was going to be a waste of time but kinda sighed and said "okaaay". Well let's just say one popped up in my budget within the low mileage range I was looking for and I literally gasped out loud, "YES!!!! That's the one I want!!" Without blinking an eye Eric said okay, I'll have it here for you to look at TO-DAY!! I was in so much shock and excitement! Not only did he have a driver retrieve it from up the road before closing, he also jumped through every hoop possible to lock in my first real deal of a credit investment. Throughout the entire process, I was a bit taken back at how much Eric treated me like a member of his family. I was not just a number; not just stranger in public; not just another customer or sale. Not just a quick manipulated force of commission. I was seen as a person with a want, need, desire, and a dream. Never in my life have I experienced such an old soul, full of compassion in such an honest businessman. That there are still amazing human beings that do so much good in this world just by being the person they are. He makes me believe in humanity. Integrity. We all have a role to play in this world, and Eric isn't nailing his. To whom it may concern, please recognize Eric as the gold that sits in the cornerstone of your building.
