Exceeded my best-case-scenario expectations I came into Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf prepared to purchase my first vehicle. I had done a lot of research on do's and don't's when going to a dealersh I came into Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf prepared to purchase my first vehicle. I had done a lot of research on do's and don't's when going to a dealership because you always hear stories of how sales people can be sharks. That wasn't the case here. James did a great job of showing me what I thought I wanted, and also providing me alternatives. Once I had decided on a car, I was a bit nervous about what the terms of payment were going to be, but he did everything he could to make sure that I was put in a situation that worked for me. Throughout the entire process, he assured me that things would work out, which made me feel secure in choosing to go to Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf. Once the entire process was finished, I left the lot with a car better than the one I came in looking for at a price better than I expected. Will definitely refer people to James in the future. More

He greeted us as soon as we got out of our car, as he approached we said we were just looking and he let us be (not like other places where they follow you around). A short time later he came over and asked if he could be of any assistance, and from there forward Kamari was helpful, professional and more importantly - down to earth. He is not a pushy salesman. I walked out of the dealership with the car I wanted, and with it being an amazingly UN-stressful purchase. Here's hoping my Sonata lasts as long as my previous (Hyundai Santa Fe) which I traded in. They treated me respectfully and professionally and answered all my questions and worked out a deal that was within my budget. I wish everyone has a positive experience like I did. They set the bar high for all dealerships. James Miller is thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles he sells. His personality conveys and instilled trust to me. Denzel was there to show me the features of the car I was considering and rode on the test drives. Denzel also made sure I was comfortable by offering beverages and food. Admittedly, it was very helpful that a Hyundai associate brought the paperwork necessary for the lease to my place of work because I was unable to get away, but given the level of service I have received since, it appears that was more about meeting individual sales goals than customer service. From the moment we arrived to pick up the car, no one from the dealership has seemed to care about assisting us, presumably because the lease agreement has been signed so they no longer care. I will note, however, that Kamari was helpful on the day we picked up the car. More
