WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! WE PURCHASED A CAR ON JULY 31ST, 2017 FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IT’S BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUE AFTER ISSUE, PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM FROM THE DAY AFTER WE DR WE PURCHASED A CAR ON JULY 31ST, 2017 FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IT’S BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUE AFTER ISSUE, PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM FROM THE DAY AFTER WE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT!!! WE LIVE IN RICHMOND, VA - THE DAY AFTER WE GOT THE CAR SOMETHING STARTED TO RATTLE WHEN IT WAS STARTED. SO WE DROVE THE 2.5 HOURS TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP SO THEY COULD “FIX” THE RATTLE & DO A FEW COSMETIC REPAIRS THEY HAD AGREED TO DO BEFORE WE BOUGHT THE CAR - MY CAR WAS THERE FOR OVER A MONTH!!! THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T DUPLICATE THE RATTLE SO THEY COULDN’T FIX IT (EVEN THOUGH EVERY TIME WE STARTED IT RATTLED - WE EVEN SHOWED THEM A VIDEO) – THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY HAD ADDED OIL AND THAT WOULD FIX THE RATTLING – IT DID NOT – TO THIS DAY MY CAR STILL RATTLES WHEN IT’S STARTED. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE HEADLIGHTS – THEY LOOKED WORSE WHEN WE PICKED IT UP THAN WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF!!! A FEW WEEKS LATER, FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON THE CAR WON’T START – SO WE WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP – THEY CAN’T FIND A PROBLEM – BUT THEY SAID THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY AND IT SHOULD BE GOOD – IT WAS NOT!!! THREE MORE TIMES WE WERE STRANDED AND HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED – WHICH, OF COURSE, WAS A CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE EACH TIME - MY POLICY WAS CANCELLED. THEIR TRAINED MECHANICS STILL COULDN’T FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY ENDED UP SENDING IT TO A HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TO GET A DIAGNOSIS – THE DIAGNOSIS??? THE CAR HAD A FREAKING LOOSE BATTERY CABLE – BUT THEY HAD REPLACED THE BATTERY, SO SHOULDN’T THEY HAVE NOTICE A LOOSE CABLE AT THAT TIME??? WHEN THE CAR WAS TAKEN BACK SO THEY COULD ACTUALLY REPLACE THE HEADLAMPS THAT WERE SCRATCHED BEYOND BELIEF THEY BROKE A CLASP ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUMPER THAT HELD IT IN PLACE SO IT WAS SAGGING IN ONE AREA, THEY LOST/DAMAGED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS JUST A PLUG IN THE BUMPER – TURNS OUT THE PLUG WAS PART OF SOME KIND OF SENSOR THAT THEY NEVER FIXED!!!! MY CAR IS CURRENTLY SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY & AGAIN, IT WON’T START. NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THAT WE DON'T HAVE THE WARRANTY THEY WE PAID CLOSE TO $5,000 FOR, BUT IT'S ON MY LOAN PAPERS - WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 DAYS NOW FOR SOMEONE, ANYONE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US ABOUT THAT & NOW THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL - WOW!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE CRAPPY CAR THEY SOLD ME AND THE LESS THAN SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED – BUT I’LL SAVE THE REST FOR THE COMPLAINT I’M FILING AGAINST THEM. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT SHEEHY HYUNDAI OF WALDORF. More

Firtst time car shopping I bought a mustang about two months ago car look in good condition... When I took delivery of it car was making strange noises when braking and when I bought a mustang about two months ago car look in good condition... When I took delivery of it car was making strange noises when braking and when going over bumps, I took it back the next day to get it fixed under "warranty" they didn't do much to fix it.
