Best customer service and warranty plan we have ever come across! We had a very difficult couple of days leading up to our visit to Hyundai in Waldorf. Our van's engine completely seized and we were told it was un-r We had a very difficult couple of days leading up to our visit to Hyundai in Waldorf. Our van's engine completely seized and we were told it was un-repairable. The dealership we brought it to was not able to meet our needs while looking for a new vehicle and left us very upset with how we were treated as customers. We hadn't ever really looked at Hyundai before but we saw some good deals and decided to stop into the dealership to find out more about the company and their vehicles. Cecil was the first person we met and he answered all of our questions and told us the history of Hyundai. The knowledge alone was fantastic as we didn't feel like we were being pushed into a sale, more so brought into a great family. Cecil was an amazing salesman and brightened our day. He was very patient and asked all the right questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. He found the perfect car for what we needed. We could really tell that he takes pride in listening to his customers and meeting their needs. Ewing and Nate were also fantastic. Ewing went above and beyond for us. Nate did an amazing job explaining all of the financing and getting us in and out as quick as possible. I actually went home and told my adult son that he NEEDED to go see these guys because they are amazing. I apologize for the delay in getting this filled out but everyone at Waldorf Hyundai did an amazing job for us and we couldn't be happier. We are loving our new car!
