Jolynn Dye and Michael Burch were amazing service advisors while at the old building. However, it seems once you moved into the new building the whole dealership demeanor changed. Less emphasis on customer satisfaction and more upsetting pressure. Younger, shiny and new can't hold a candle to customer oriented service. More
