Vehicle was never repaired had to have it towed off lot My Hyundai XG350L has been at the Hyundai Dealership in Waldorf MD. The service manager Joe Garcia allowed for the Mechanic to do side jobs at this lo My Hyundai XG350L has been at the Hyundai Dealership in Waldorf MD. The service manager Joe Garcia allowed for the Mechanic to do side jobs at this location, but states he didn't know my car had been on his lot for the last 5-months. Then when it was brought to his attention on Friday June 23, now all of a sudden I'm getting threatening text messages from Ben Fuchs that if my car wasn't removed first he text Sunday then he text back and said Saturday, and my car is not fixed it won't even start up. Jerry Brawner the Mechanic that was working on my car for the last 5-months didn't know how to repair the problem after I paid him a total of 1,742.17 for parts including 705.00 went in his pocket for the labor, and he only charged me 150.00 the first time plus I gave him a 55.00 tip, and the second time after we thought the final part would fix my check engine light problem, and it didn't he charged me 350.00 and I gave him a 150.00 tip to show my appreciation, so when the light came back on I brought it back to him to fix. That's when Joe Garcia said a ticket should have been wrote up for the extra service,but Jerry didn't write one or tell anybody that I had bought the car back. Jerry actual sat right in front of his boss Garcia and said that I didn't pay him anything Lol. He doing side jobs at his place of business on company time and he didn't get paid that was a ball face lie, and I asked him why are you lying. I said you mean to tell me you put on 5-parts and Ben Fuchs gave me an oil change for free and you didn't get paid. he was lying straight through his brown teeth. He kept trying to get money out of me, but I told him I didn't have anymore money to give him. I can go on and on about this, but I would rather meet with you face to face so that we can discuss this further. I have all my receipts, text and pictures to prove my point. I'm trying to go through the chain of command first. I hope to be hearing from you very soon, because I have been without my car for far too long especially after all of the money that I have just spent on it just to get the check engine light to go off. Anything you can do to help me with this situation I would really appreciate it. Thank You J.Powe More

Big Liars - CONSUMER BEWARE!!! The Service end of this dealership VERY Poor. The Service writer Immel Amaya lied to me and his manager Joseph Garcia Lied to me also. is They lied ab The Service end of this dealership VERY Poor. The Service writer Immel Amaya lied to me and his manager Joseph Garcia Lied to me also. is They lied about s simple warranty repair and told me all bolts were torqued to specifications. They talked all around not fixing the problem. I talked with one of the mechanics who indicated that there WAS NO SPECIFICATION for the rear speaker and third brake light housing. They suggested I take the car back to the dealer where I purchased the car to get it fixed. I was LIVID at the suggestion!!!!!. I told them this is not a dealer problem this is a Hyundai problem and my car is at YOUR dealership to get fixed. I asked for District Manager phone number and spoke with the General manager and after the Service manager and his service writer realized that I was not just going to go away. They then toook the vehilce in and solved my problem. WHAT A WASTE OF MY ENERGY FORCING THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!!! Caveat emtor ( buyer beware) More
