I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a car, but not use the financing unless absolutely necessary. I say this because I was disappointed with the accounting person that serviced us. I walked into this dealership with pre-approval to purchase a car and had every intention of leaving with a buyer’s agreement. Your finance person told me what your rates were and I was not sold but because they were better than what my credit union offered, I went with her. She was quite forceful in her approach, and because I had been there for some time, I was tired of the negotiations. I recommend that in the future, if a customer has a preapproved loan, once the finance department has done their job, the subject should be closed. I don’t want to believe that that is how you want to run your business. Buying a car is stressful enough, the added stress does not help for future recommendations to other prospective buyers. In the future, I would recommend the dealership, but not the finance department. More

One Great Guy I again love Mr. Westerman my sales person and Mr. Manny one of the managers. They are trying to make this purchase experiences one of the best. I am deeply sadden that this experience is being clouded by the negative customer service I have received from Mr. Ewing and Mr. Kendra. I will be reaching out to upper management GM and corporate office in order to express my displeasure. (my concern was addressed and corrected.) Follow-up: I have to say that I am now completely satisfied. The GM helped resolved the matter with Ewing and Kendra.
