NEVER AGAIN! I purchased/financed a 2016 sonata at Waldorf Hyundai. I was also a first time buyer. This by far was my worst experience, I purchased during the I purchased/financed a 2016 sonata at Waldorf Hyundai. I was also a first time buyer. This by far was my worst experience, I purchased during the Black Friday sales event. I was asked to come back in for a 2nd time to resign some paperwork, No problem. I received a letter in the mail from my previous financing company saying they didn't receive a payoff. I was contact from the Waldorf office, saying they needed me back in ASAP to resign again! This location lacks efficiency. I'm so upset. They basically tricked me. I thought that everything was worked out perfectly, your sales team tried to make it seem like I was lying about give them, the information that was needed. This was a complete nightmare. I would never recommend someone to shop at this location, because all there time will go to waste. I still haven't been compensated for the hours I spent in your dealership. More
