I had done a lot of research on do's and don't's when going to a dealership because you always hear stories of how sales people can be sharks. That wasn't the case here. James did a great job of showing me what I thought I wanted, and also providing me alternatives. Once I had decided on a car, I was a bit nervous about what the terms of payment were going to be, but he did everything he could to make sure that I was put in a situation that worked for me. Throughout the entire process, he assured me that things would work out, which made me feel secure in choosing to go to Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf. Once the entire process was finished, I left the lot with a car better than the one I came in looking for at a price better than I expected. Will definitely refer people to James in the future. More

A short time later he came over and asked if he could be of any assistance, and from there forward Kamari was helpful, professional and more importantly - down to earth. He is not a pushy salesman.
