Service Dept is awful- long waits, misinformation about parts being ordered and coming in and not being there. Almost 3 hour waits for an oil change is unacceptable. I waited almost 2 hours for some warran parts being ordered and coming in and not being there. Almost 3 hour waits for an oil change is unacceptable. I waited almost 2 hours for some warranty work only To be told that the parts hadn’t come in/ ordered. It has been over 4 Mo the now since the parts were supposedly ordered More

Outstanding service and attention. Eric walked us through the different models and options and kept the ‘salesman ship’ to a minimum.
