Dennis made sure that I received the best service and a beautiful-high quality used car for a great price. I was wondering if all these surveys done are paid by Mr, Joe as told to me personally by Joe himself. It happened that I bought a QX56 on 1st March. When I got this SUV, there was no headphones in the vehic Joe as told to me personally by Joe himself. It happened that I bought a QX56 on 1st March. When I got this SUV, there was no headphones in the vehicle, When I inquired about the missing head phones .I was told by Christian Tapia that those will be sent over night. which unfortunately I have not received till day. I called several times and even sent email but got no response. Finally, a week ago, Christian called me and told me that he would send those in couple of days, I called in today to enquire about the head phones but to my utter surprise I was told by Joe that since I did a negative survey on cars.com. I would not get the head phones. he even went on to say that he could pay money to get good surveys done. I am surprised with the way a customer has been treated. I have never seen a Manager or an executive using the kind of language Joe used. I guess reading all the comments by other customer, I wish I would have gone to Mr. Hunt. More
