Easy used car buying experience, salesman Nick Verklin was pleasant honest and apologetic that the vehicle I came to see had been sent to another dealer. After my initial disappointment, I left the dealership with the vehicle I came for and was back in the road to Delaware before the Bay bridge traffic got crazy.
