I had the worst experience with this dealer. It took me nearly 6 months to receive valid tags. I have been a customer since 2008 and I have never been dissatisfied. Paul Abel is superior and I know that I am in excellent hands. Excellent service. Staff members are very professional and willing to assist in any problems that occur. My consultant, Paul Abel is a gem. He always make sure my car is in tip top shape. Beware-Beware-Beware!!! Snakes within!!!! I wrote a review on April 17, 2016 praising my salesman (Joshua Brown) and the dealership as a whole but as of today January 24, 2020 I change my orig I wrote a review on April 17, 2016 praising my salesman (Joshua Brown) and the dealership as a whole but as of today January 24, 2020 I change my original view and perspective of that salesman (Joshua Brown) and dealership. I originally went in with a pre-approved check from my credit union to purchase a vehicle; after some questions Joshua Brown asked if it was ok for him to talk to his finance manager and team to see if they could beat terms of my agreement with my credit union. I stated “sure go ahead”. He came back with his offer that we agreed upon because it met my specific terms requested. Initially I felt comfortable and a level of trust so I signed off on the paperwork and finalized the deal. However, in review of the terms of the agreement I noticed that the paperwork shows that the terms is for 72 months instead of the 60 months I specifically agreed upon. So, with that being said I acknowledge that I made an error in trusting a salesman and the dealership as well as not paying close attention to every detail typed/printed on the contract agreement. And the lesson in total is “don’t trust the snakes(Joshua Brown,Finance Dept. and etc.) that I encountered” and review all paperwork with a fine toothed comb/magnifying glass to make sure they don’t get over on you... Beware-Beware-Beware!!!! More
