Not example customer friendly after purchase. Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis I am writing this after having waited for assistance from this dealership (Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis). I paid cash Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis I am writing this after having waited for assistance from this dealership (Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis). I paid cash for a used vehicle, with the understanding that I would be registering the vehicle in Texas, as I am a military veteran. For starters, after paying for the vehicle, it was agreed that the vehicle would be delivered to my local address, the day of, Greg Shields states that he had appointments and would try to get the vehicle delivered, you would be right if you assumed that that didn't happen. So I had to make last minute arrangements, to have someone drive me to the dealership. On to the next issue, only after calling my local Texas DMV to get an update, did I find out that even at roughly 3 weeks, no paperwork was submitted by this dealership. The response I was given, was that that's why they give a 60 day temporary registration. Not only that, it became apparent that no one knew what needed to be done in this situation. After more inquiring, I was told that I had to get my vehicle inspected in either Virginia or Texas, lucky for me I was in Texas, and got the vehicle the same day. Days later and into the following week, there was still no paperwork submitted to the Texas DMV, I called and found out that they just received the title. So I said just send me the documents and I'll handle it from there. There was issues with the original owners credit union in which was not sufficient for me to register and title the vehicle, once again, this dealership was of no help, even contacting Greg Shields, who personally worked with me on purchasing this vehicle. I also spoke with at least 2 other employees at this dealership, was told that I would be contacted and that never happened, to even leaving voicemails on no return call. I will say, they are slow with doing business, even with paying cash, I made this a very simple and easy buy, but I experienced that after payment, they're not as helpful as you'd expect after purchasing a vehicle. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in personally buying a vehicle, and I've had 4 previous vehicles. I will seek out more platforms to review this dealership and leave my experience in hopes that they will treat their customers better after the initial sell of a vehicle and or potential buyers can beware of what others have experienced at this dealership. More

I walked out the door within an hour of ending the test drive with a deal that was beyond my expectations with financing at a lower rate than my own bank of 15 years could produce. Great buying experience I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle. Everyone was friendly, gracious and extremely helpful, starting with Dennis Hunt, who was my sales I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle. Everyone was friendly, gracious and extremely helpful, starting with Dennis Hunt, who was my salesperson. He actually picked me up from the train 30 min away and was very low pressure, took his time even though he had to stay late because of me. I have never met a nicer salesperson. The good experience continued with Oliver Hong and Max Cho, who walked me through the buying process and made like they had all the time in the world, although it was quite late. Dennis met us at the door with a warm greeting, offers of beverages, etc. and immediately had the car retrieved to test drive. Dennis, and subsequently Max Cho, did everything they could to meet our needs quickly, kindly and fairly. Within about 3 hours we had successfully tested & purchased a vehicle and fairly traded in our old one. Best Dealership Hands Down! I recently had an accident and totaled my 2015 QX60. I knew I wanted another Infiniti and time was of the essence as I need a new vehicle like yesterd I recently had an accident and totaled my 2015 QX60. I knew I wanted another Infiniti and time was of the essence as I need a new vehicle like yesterday. I narrowed my search down to a Q50. Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis was my last stop after searching and visiting many dealerships. Looking back, this should have been my first stop! This is by far the best Infiniti Deaership in the area, and trust I’ve been to pretty much all local dealerships for service needs. Dennis was my salesman and was nothing short of amazing! From my first initial contact until he handed over the keys, he made my car buying process a breeze! I emphasized that I wanted a specific Q50 and that I wanted to start the process prior to my arrival as I would be driving about 90 minutes to get there. Upon my arrival Dennis had the car cleaned up waiting for me, with a special note on the dashboard! I even received a personalized booklet for my car, outlining pricing, safety, and specific features. I cannot even stop there, the whole Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis team is amazing! From the front concierge to Max, the finance manager, I have no complaints! Max ensured I received the best rate and stayed within my desired limits. Oh, I even received my purchase documents on a Sheehy flash drive, very efficient and Green! Both Dennis and Max were extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely consider them to be experts in their fields. I’ve bought many cars throughout the years and would say this is by far the best experience I’ve had, surpassing my first experience with Sheehy Glen Bernie. If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Thank you Dennis and Max for making me feel more than a customer but like family! I don’t care how far I have to travel or how many Infiniti dealerships I pass along the way lol, Sheeny Infiniti of Annapolis will definitely be my go to location for ALL future car buying and servicing needs!
