This is one of the first times I’ve walked a lot and wasn’t swarmed by a pack of wolves.(First 5 star aspect of the night) In fact, it was quite the opposite. My wife and I were greater with a warm smile, honestly, and kindness. We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dennis Dunning for the sale and Mr. Marcus Dejesus for the finance aspect. We approached Dennis and asked him if we could take a car for a test drive. My wife and I had done our research, we new the exact car we wanted, our target monthly payment, and our trade in value. When we got back from the test drive, we presented most of our information to Dennis and explained that if our numbers could be met we would like to do business with him. This is when Dennis came through with the second 5 star treatment of the night. He told us he would review our numbers and that everything should be do able. He was very straight to the point, listened to what we wanted, at no point did he try to press the sale on us and most importantly, he didn’t make us sit around for hours on end waiting for nothing. Insert 5 star treatment #3 for the night. After agreeing on the numbers, we made our way over to Marcus’s office. He was extremely clear and concise with the terms, documents, and different protection plans. We told him what we were interested in and bam, in and out. At no point was he pushy, or did it seem or feel like he was trying to get over on us. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone buying a new or used vehicle from this location. I truly look forward to doing business with them again! More

They are very professional, courteous and show genuine interest in assisting customers. John and David went over the listing of items I required service on as well as the Multi-point inspection I requested. I appreciate the time and patience of David Charette showing me the items I identified, both in the engine bay, and under the vehicle. He also showed me some critical items discovered during the Multi-point inspection. David showed and explained the importance of all services required to ensure reliability and proper operation of my vehicle. I also appreciated the Multi-Point comprehensive inspection report for review prior to all service being completed. John Perry kept me apprised of my vehicle’s status and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Both John and David need to be recognized for their OUTSTANDING customer service and support. I’m very pleased with my vehicle and the work that has been performed. I’ll continue to bring my vehicle to Sheehy Infiniti, Chantilly for service and support! More

First Infinifi WE traveled from out of state to buy form Sheehy Infinity because they had the QX30 in the color we wanted and at a very competitive price. Denni WE traveled from out of state to buy form Sheehy Infinity because they had the QX30 in the color we wanted and at a very competitive price. Dennis Dunning made the whole buying process very seamless and smooth. When we arrived at the dealership every thing was laid out in front of us in an easy to understand format and the car was exactly as advertised. Great experience at Sheehy! Back for 2nd car! My Infiniti was hit from behind and proclaimed a total loss. I loved that car so much, I wanted the same one. It was only 3 years old. I called and spoke with Chuck who luckily picked up the phone even though it was his day off and he was just stopping in. He gave me a great deal and was super friendly and easy to work with. Explained some things on the car I hadn't known about and made sure I got the car I wanted without paying more for some things I wouldn't use. I think I'm going back for a little tutorial! More

I drove 1 1/2 hours from Charlottesville, because I could not get a good local car buying experience. With Isaiah, I was in and out of the door with my new car in no time. He also made me feel comfortable as a woman buyer. He treated me like royalty. I had never owned an Infiniti, so he showed me all of the features of the car. Best of all, he set up my navigation for my home address and downloaded my phone book for Bluetooth. The finance guy was easy to deal with. The service guys made the car look immaculate! Great experience all the way around. I will certainly be going back when I want to upgrade to a bigger SUV! More

But because of the AWESOME customer service I’ve received from the service department from John Pe hesitant about coming back to Sheehy to purchase. But because of the AWESOME customer service I’ve received from the service department from John Perry I decided to give Sheehy another chance. After my experience with you this past Sunday I’m glad I submitted my online inquiry regarding a pre owned vehicle. You were very patient and honest with me despite how all over the place I was initially. You helped us make the bast decision for our situation and we walked away with a beautiful car (hopefully with better gas mileage) and an AWESOME buying experience without pressure. I reached out to Isaiah Townsend as I had his cell and sent him a picture of the vehicle I wanted. It was at a different dealership. He had the car brought to Chantilly and was already having the entire vehicle checked out from bumper to bumper before I even completed my financing. He had the brakes done and new tires installed before I took delivery of the vehicle. Very smooth and painless transaction. I also knew that I was getting the best deal from him with no price gouging. He is the best!!! More
