I wish we had read the other horrible reviews before pro We recently had the WORST car buying experience of our lives at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. I wish we had read the other horrible reviews before proceeding with our purchase. They had a used electric vehicle which matched our criteria, and seemed like a similar deal to identical models which were mostly farther away. I made an appointment to purchase it, bought a plane ticket and flew in to pick it up and drive it home. The first issue was with the battery level of the vehicle. I had asked them to make sure it is fully charged, as I had a 425 mile trip home and I knew if it was fully charged, I would only need to stop for a recharge once. Upon arrival I found the battery at 74%, which meant my trip home took 10.5 hours instead of 9 as two recharges were needed. Their excuse was that their dealership was not set up for 240v quick-charging, and they didn't have enough time. I guess dropping it off at one of the dozen quick-chargers within 5 miles of them to get topped off was too much trouble. Issue 2- the vehicle had previously been used in a "rental" capacity. This was never disclosed, and should have been. Upon getting the vehicle home, I was furious to find out it was missing a whopping $9500 in options that it was clearly stated as having! Being a high-tech luxury car, it was not feasible to check the car for every single option it was supposed to have in the short time I had, as there are over 40 possible unique features to this model. Having had only positive experiences with dealerships in the past, I mistakenly assumed Sheehy would have simply been truthful and accurate in regards to there listing...not the case at all. Luckily I had saved the full advertisement, or otherwise being the crooks that they are I am sure they would have disputed the validity of my claim. When we confronted Sheehy of Chantilly about these deceptions, they offered ZERO options that included us keeping the car for a reduced price (partial refund). Instead of being ethical and righting a wrong by offering to either A. Refund the value of the missing options that were clearly advertised in black and white and allow us to keep the car or B. Offer to take the car back and refund ALL expenses that resulted as a consequence of their deception they chose to offer C. Take the car back and refund the flight cost only or D. Keep the car as is, and live with the warm and fuzzy knowledge that we've been royally swindled (no thanks). There are cars like this one but actually optioned as advertised for the same price but farther away, so there was no way we were keeping this scam of a deal and letting them get away with this. As honest and ethical individuals, my family knows we deserve better. The icing on the cake - they put us in this predicament knowing that I was leaving for a long overseas stint with the military less than a week away from the original purchase date. How's that for supporting those in uniform? Like we don't have enough stress during this already difficult time. And following their pick up of the car (the driver they sent 1. Did not come at the agreed upon time 2. Did not call as promised 3. Was not told by the dealership that the car he was driving was electric and it was going to take him much longer to get back than he planned & was mad 4. Did not know how to operate it), they relisted the car almost exactly the same way they had when I first saw the ad, which clearly tells me they are looking for another sucker to buy it and hopefully this time not realize what features the car is missing in contradiction to the website listing. That should tell you all you need to know about how this business operates. Think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to these scam artists!!! More

It was the exact car but the mileage was a bit high for me to purchase. I found the car online at another Sheehy location, and contacted Craig to see if he could get the car from the other dealership - on his DAY OFF. And he replied that same day, got the car in their possession and we went from there. This has been the most pleasant and easiest experience I've in purchasing a vehicle. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Craig if considering purchasing an Infiniti. I love my car:) More
