Came back to Infiniti of Chantilly a week later to test drive another car and tried to contact Craig but no answer. Walk in again and found out Craig had emergency surgery. Meet Isaiah T. and he was very easy to talk with also. Both of the salesman were easy going and did not pressure us at all. We never hear are you ready to drive a car home today? Can we make a deal today? They were just very open and answer our questions. Saw a car from a sister dealership and they got it for us, the next day, to test drive because it was the one we wanted. Communication was great from beginning to end, and we even got 2 little extras because I was comfortable with asking for it. I would not hesitate in recommending Infiniti of Chantilly to anyone who is looking at an Infiniti vehicle. Great place to buy a car! More

My wife recently purchased an Infiniti from another dealership and the car was having issues so we dropped in to see what they could do. We were greeted by Roberto and he was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get the car issue fixed and they didn’t even charge us and they even threw in a complimentary car wash.
