Brought my vehicle in for broken seat trim they caused during diagnostics of a rear display issue. Upon arrival I showed and clearly explained to the representative what the issue was and the desired fix. during diagnostics of a rear display issue. A few hours later I received a call from the representative that the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. Upon pickup arrival I asked the service rep if the trim was fixed. He said yes. I inspected the repair only to discover nothing was done! It was in the exact condition I dropped it off in. I showed the representative and he said he'll order a new trim at no cost to me. That was over two weeks ago. I've called several times and each time they say they'll call me back with an update. However, I never got a call. More
