I showed up at the dealership late on Saturday evening (30-45 mins before closing) but Charles still took the time to take me for a test-drive. Afterwards, Charles gave me his card and encouraged me to come back the next day. Charles' relaxed approach and personable touch were a large part of why I returned the next day. When I showed up the next day, Charles took me for a second test-drive and allowed me plenty of time to look over the car. He was very focused on answering my questions and making sure the car fit my needs. Again, very refreshing. Charles and the Sales Managers worked hard to give me a GREAT deal on both my trade-in and my new car. Initially, I met with Damien Nicholson, who approached me and my boyfriend to offer his assistance. He then spent the next 90 mins or so reviewing vehicles with us, taking us on a test drive, and working with his manager to try to get us to the numbers we needed. He was pleasant, cheerful, and professional - everything you DON'T expect a car salesman to be. I did not make a decision that day, but, in the two weeks that elapsed, Damien emailed and/or called nearly every day to see if I had any questions or if he could be of any assistance. Unfortunately, when my boyfriend and I returned two weeks later, we learned that Damien had taken that day off, but, fortunately for us, Curtis Barger offered to assist, and ended up being just as pleasant, cheerful, and professional as Damien had been (this dealership seems to have wonderful salesman in abundance!). I ended up leasing a 2018 Q50 that day, and, I have to say, it was one of the LEAST stressful car leasing/buying experiences I've ever had. Curtis chatted with us, laughed with us, answered our questions, worked with us to get the monthly payments to where I needed them to be, and made us feel like we'd known him forever. He didn't act like someone who was at work -- on a Sunday, no less -- because he HAD to be, but because he WANTED to be. As if he truly enjoys his job, and it showed in all that he did. In the end, I worked with two different Infiniti of Chantilly salesmen on two different days, and had equally positive experiences with both. THAT has to be a new record. If you're looking for an Infiniti, THIS is the dealership to go to. And, when you do, be sure to ask for Damien or Curtis -- they'll take good care of you, and have you leaving happy. More

By far the best car shopping experience we have had, and we have had quite a few. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable about both his product and the leasing process. This was our first lease and he answered all of our questions and concerns. Throughout our car shopping effort we looked at 6 different makes/models. Chuck was the only one that followed up beyond 1 phone call and in NO way was he pushy. He simply reminded us that he was there to help if we had any questions. His focus throughout was not on bashing other brands but on our families and my wife's needs. The overall experience was great, the leasing process was easy, the tools used (Ipad and Smartboard) made things simple. We are looking forward to working with Chuck throughout this lease. First of all, this vehicle was priced about $5000 cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I contacted with Chuck Vanderwall, and spoke with him over the phone about the condition of the vehicle. He was totally upfront and replied "I haven't even seen it or drove it yet, let me go look and ill call you back" when he called me back he gave me an accurate description of the vehicle, and we began the purchasing process. The purchase was easy and Chuck met the transporter in the parking lot, and got it on its way. After the vehicle was delivered, I did a walk around inspection and it was exactly as described. After approximately a week, i found an inconspicuous part that was broken, that was pretty expensive. I called Chuck and he and the dealership, purchased the part and sent it to me, with no hassle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, just talk to Chuck Vanderwall. More
