I arrived and walked around browsing the inventory and then JB calmly offered his assistance if I wanted to look at vehicles or ask any questions. This was important because I hadn't purchased a car for several years so I was nervous. If I wasn't satisfied with the sales experience I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle no matter how much I liked it but luckily that wasn't the case. JB made things easy by answering all my questions, giving good background information on several vehicles and alerting me to the differences. I never felt pressured or stressed on the test drives or sitting across from him in the dealership. Trust and understanding are critical in the decision-making process and JB's understanding allowed me to trust him which made the process easy. I would buy another vehicle from JB. More
