Exceptional customer service! I recently visited Sheehy Infiniti to lease an Infiniti QX60 (my first time ever getting an Infiniti) and was extremely impressed with the level of cu I recently visited Sheehy Infiniti to lease an Infiniti QX60 (my first time ever getting an Infiniti) and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism from our salesperson, Lance Cote. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! In fact, we were so happy with our experience there, that we leased a second car from him the following week for my husband (who was not initially planning on getting an Infiniti)! I highly recommend this dealership, and Lance in particular, if you want a seamless car buying/leasing experience! The two finance managers that we worked with for both cars were also extremely helpful and timely in their process! More

Although my one complaint is that the next he goes on holiday they should let us know as I was dialing in several times/days wondering why there was no answer and the other sales people weren't too sure of his location. We bought a used car there and the dealer cleaned the rims of scratches and it looked brand new. I did not know they do that. A used car had small scratches but they were able to buff it out. They also took it to the dealership for minor repairs and got it done very fast. Overall great experience I wouldn't mind coming back there again. More
