I recently leased a new Infiniti QX60 truck and was fortunate to work with Dennis, a knowledgeable and dedicated sales associate. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, Dennis made it his fortunate to work with Dennis, a knowledgeable and dedicated sales associate. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, Dennis made it his priority to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His wealth of knowledge regarding the QX60 was truly impressive. He guided me through the various features and options available in a clear and concise manner, and patiently answered all of my questions with a high level of detail. He was never pushy or overwhelming, but rather gave me the space I needed to weigh my options and come to my own conclusions. This has to be the least process biggest joke of a business there is. I came in on Saturday test drove a car, didn't make a deal because the manager Austin was a jerk. I get a call that evening from business there is. I came in on Saturday test drove a car, didn't make a deal because the manager Austin was a jerk. I get a call that evening from Barrie the salesman offering to knock down the price of the car to make it work. On Sunday around 3 I confirm with Barrie the car is available and tell him I will be there around 4 to pick it up. I arrive around 345 a different manager tells me sorry he sold the car this morning. I told him that is unprofessional to waste my time like that, he says its the sales people that did that not him, I had to tell him that as a manager he is responsible for his employees actions. Only come here if you want to deal with rude unprofessional children playing games and wasting time. More
