Was in for an oil change and trans service. Roberto was great and kept me informed of repair . Also didn’t try to upsell what is not needed which is a big plus in an auto shop. Only reason for 4 stars is they forgot to tighten my transmission belly pan securely and I had to return do to the noise generated but no big deal because Roberto got me taken care of as expected. Will definitely be serving again in another 5k miles. Highly recommended. More

Giving two stars for this stealership is too high in my opinion. The sale was easy enough because they want your business (aka: money) The service department is a bunch of crooks who try to get you to agre opinion. The sale was easy enough because they want your business (aka: money) The service department is a bunch of crooks who try to get you to agree to service that you don’t need, push the highest service and then if you have service done-they cut corners. I don’t bring my car there for service unless absolutely necessary. I plan on replacing a vehicle in the near future and I think I’m going to have a hard time finding a dealership without the Sheehy name. Based on my experience at Sheehy Infiniti, i will do my best not to use any dealership with the Sheehy name. More
