The Ultimate Professional Dealership I wanted everyone to know that earlier this month I had to have my RX 350 serviced to replace the battery. Sheehy Lexus actually had my SUV delivere I wanted everyone to know that earlier this month I had to have my RX 350 serviced to replace the battery. Sheehy Lexus actually had my SUV delivered to me after the work was done because I don't like heavy rush hour traffic. I was contacted by Sheehy Lexus for a response to my experience with the Service department. I informed them that from my initial experience during the purchase of my RX 350 with Mr. Edward Jackson the salesman, the customer courtesy counter, Service department, loaner car etc. etc. etc. EVERYONE at Sheehy Lexus are the Ultimate Professionals. I always thought Nordstrom had the best customer service until I bought my SUV at Sheehy Lexus. Now, nobody compares to Sheehy Lexus! More
