Best Lexus Dealership-I can verify this claim I have been purchasing Lexus autos since the mid 1990's from this Annapolis dealership. The cars are terrific for sure but it is the dealership and it I have been purchasing Lexus autos since the mid 1990's from this Annapolis dealership. The cars are terrific for sure but it is the dealership and it's high level of service that has kept me a customer all these years. I am so disappointed that this same service is not a dealer standard. Having just moved to Myrtle Beach SC I have to use the closest dealership which is almost 2 hours away in Charleston. While Annapolis Sheehy will perform warranty work and pick up the car within 3 hours of the dealership, Charleston Lexus flat out said they don't and won't offer service at this level. So whenever I come back to Annapolis to visit I stop by Sheehy to work on my car. But once I get a new car it won't be a Lexus. Due to the lack of service at a dealership that is in the state of SC.. Superb Sales experience I've heard of the expectations from premium dealers such as Acura, and Audi. Shani made us feel as if we were an extended part of her family and truly I've heard of the expectations from premium dealers such as Acura, and Audi. Shani made us feel as if we were an extended part of her family and truly engaged with us. There was no pressure In "making" a sale. I had a little cough and the attention to detail for hot green tea was offered! We have to go back to see the technology expert later this week and Shani handled all of. We also shared group photos in front of the LS460. Finally in a place to make our dreams come true and what an awesome person to share it with! Thanks More
