Excellent Dealings when purchasing a Lexus I had been looking for a RX350 for a while but was not quite sure of colors and interior. I've been to several dealerships and walked away unsatisfield each and everytime. I had emailed Mike Bowen with Sheehy and told him exactly what I wanted with some uncertainty. The following day Mike emailed me with a picture that he felt certain was the car for me. So with some uncertainty and dog in hand, well on a leash, we headed on over the very next day. I loved the dealership, pet friendly and as for Mike???? Needless to say, I bought the car, they are pet friendly and apparently Mike Bowen (Great Sales Person that he is) could figure out more of what I was looking for than I did. I just love, love, love my new used Lexus. 2013 RX 350. I got a white one, with black interior. I told Mike I wanted Saddle Tan...now, not so much. Thank goodness I didn't know what I wanted. Besides everyone seemingly to being very friendly, love animals and very cooperative and pleasant it is one of the best dealerships I've been to. Liked the entire experience. Lastly, if anyone out there is reading this and you are planning purchasing a Lexus, Sheehy is a neat dealership with very friendly people. Fraud. I purchased my Lexus Certified, Pre Owned 2014 Lexus GS 350 in December 2015. I was told it had never been in an accident. In August 2016, I was rear I purchased my Lexus Certified, Pre Owned 2014 Lexus GS 350 in December 2015. I was told it had never been in an accident. In August 2016, I was rear ended on the right side. The Lexus Certified Repair shop uncovered the car had been in an accident prior to my purchase. When I informed Paul the GM/Owner, he offered me $30,000 to trade in the vehicle which would leave me with an older model and a considerable loss due to the car not being paid off from the trade in. Lexus Sheehy Annapolis did not stand behind their product. Buyers beware. More

Professionalism and Interest Both Ed Jackson and Don King were very professional. I have dealt with these two gentlemen several times and found their demeanor to be the same. I usually have a vehicle in mind having searched the web and other mediums to see what 's out there. Always find that Lexus is what I want. The one vehicle I wanted wasn't on hand so some research found that one of my interest was coming in in the near future. Don King was instrumental in searching for this. Ed Jackson was able to pull together the package of my interest , and walla, , there it was. No hassle , no anxiety. I must also mention that the Dealership is also first class. Lots of construction going on but did not interfere with me in any way. Customer Lounge is very accommodating while you wait , if you choose for you vehicle.
