Where to begin...I contacted Chris Powell and scheduled my test drive. I actually showed up a day early and he was more than gracious and took care of me immediately. I had been researching the car for a year so he didn't need to sell me. I fell in love with car and we made a deal I could live with quickly. Now.before I go further, let me give a shout to ALL the folks I came across while I was there. Will Pastor is such a cut up. We had a great time trading barbs! Al Trojanowski is a charmer. Ken LaRochelle has a presence that just says "I'm the manager". But he's also very personable!. Edward Jackson was another charmer. Scott Daniels was a breath of fresh air. And I can't forget Doug King and Chris List. Just awesome people!!! But the people who actually saw me through the process were Chris Powell, Jayson Craddock, and Michelle Mitchell. They had to get the color I wanted from another dealer, which they did the very next day. Chris came to pick me (love that personal touch!) and took me in where we finished all the paperwork. Michelle and Chris both explained my options for extended warranty and protections for my car and since I elected to add some things I had to wait for my car until Monday. No worries though! They gave me a loaner! AND they fed me! Next up was Kevin Johnson, whose job it is to show me everything. He was charming and patient and knowledgeable. LOVE HIM. They brought my BEAUTIFUL RC 300 out to me complete with my bow and I've never seen a sight so gorgeous in my life. The entire Sheehy team is full of wonderful people. I knew they would give me AAA service and I wasn't let down!!!! If you're even thinking about a Lexus, I HIGHLY recommend you contact them! More

Excellent experience I recently purchased my very first Lexus; a Lexus NX. Having never dealt with this dealership before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly I recently purchased my very first Lexus; a Lexus NX. Having never dealt with this dealership before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, happy and professional atmosphere throughout the entire dealership. My salesperson was Grant Pivec, who was readily available to answer any questions or concerns without making the experience feel like I was intruding on his time, etc. I appreciated his laid back approach and that he introduced me to several others in the dealership, including Edward Jackson (sales) and Kevin Brown (IT guy). All friendly and available to help or answer any questions. On the finance side of things, I worked with Shandrial Hudson who was the same as everyone else. Friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better and painless experience. I had a small issue the day after taking the car home, the lic tag was mounted off center on the front grill of the car. My dad was available to take the car back to the dealer, where they immediately fixed the issue without problem and gave the car a quick wash as well. Great experience all around. More

When my RX450h came off lease, I looked at other brands, but the quality of Sheehy's customer service was a major factor in getting a new Lexus RX. I live part of the year in Delaware, about 2 hours from Annapolis. The dealer picks up my car for service and provides a loaner. But, the most incredible example of their customer service was when my salesman, Mike Bowen, drove my new car to my home on Sunday during the 4th of July holiday. This is not something you'd find at most luxury car dealerships. They go above and beyond! Just outstanding!! More
