He always goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Several years ago, I was having new tires put on my RX 330, and discovered that a critical lug nut was missing which prevented the technician from being able to take the old tire off, and I was stuck. I called Lexus and Paul immediately sent someone out to pick up my vehicle, transport it to Lexus with the tires I purchased elsewhere and had everything taken care of within a very short time. This is just one illustrative example demonstrating the level of customer service which goes above and beyond expectation. Given my level of trust and appreciation for the way he conducts business, when I decided to purchase a new car, I returned to Lexus of Annapolis. I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Chris Martin. They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot, so we agreed he'd be in touch when one came in.
