From the "non-pushy but thoughtful" sales people to the careful attention paid to detail in regards to helping me understand all of the paperwork. This is by far, the most amazing car buying experience I have had. Firstly, there is no other car I would want if it wasn't a Lexus. Lexus cars are sturdy, solid, well made and drive like well engineered machines. I currently have a 2012 Lexus RX350 and decided to trade in my second car for a Lexus too. I knew that I wanted another Lexus as we have had no issues with our first Lexus and it is used the most out of our two cars. I went into this dealership and was very clear about what I wanted and my bottom line! My sales person happened to be Scott Milligan and I loved how he listened to me and didn't try to push more on me than I wanted. He was courteous and professional while being personable and thoughtful about me as an individual and a car buyer. I didn't feel like I was his "walking commission," but rather someone that he cared about selling a car to that I would love well beyond when I drove it off the lot. He is WONDERFUL! I HIGHLY recommend him. He's an AWESOME guy. Chris List - the manager really worked with me on the numbers and did so much to get me in the place that I wanted to be with my monthly payments. He understood my bottom line and worked hard to ensure I got what was necessary. He too wasn't pushy and seemed to really care that I was happy with whatever decision I made. Michele (finance person) was patient with me when I asked a gazillion questions about the numbers, rates, and paperwork. She ensured I got the best/most competitive rate which I was really grateful for. I am delighted to say that this car buying experience outshone my initial experience when I bought my first Lexus in 2012. What an amazing team! Ttraded in a Lexus SC and purchased a new RX Ernie Bradley was our salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
