We were 3 years into a 4 year lease when I rece This is our 3rd Lexus ES-350 lease from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it came as a complete surprise. We were 3 years into a 4 year lease when I received an email from Shandrial, just 'checking in to see if all was well....and feeling out whether we would consider trading our 2011 for a 2014 if the payments didn't change. WOW! How unexpected. Shandrial made the transition so easy. We live in Hagerstown, MD which, incredibly, is within the dealership's service area, meaning that we really never need to drive to Annapolis. When we need service, they send a driver with a new loaner vehicle, usually similar, swap cars and when service is completed, return it to our home. Shandrial delivered the vehicle, we signed all the necessary papers in the comfort of our home and she even paired our cellphones and garage door opener while here. She and Chris are fabulous to work with and they never disappoint. Kudos to Sheehy Lexus for creating such a positive attitude among their employees. Attitude starts at the top. Thank you Paul for the likes of Chris Powell and, especially, Shandrial Hudson. More

Chris Martin keeps me coming back! I am officially on my third vehicle with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and as long as Chris is there I will never leave. I have attempted to leave before mainly just for a change in vehicle but Chris always patiently talks me through and helps me make the best decision for my family's needs. We are a hockey family so mileage and wear and tear is always a huge part of the decision making process for me. Most recently, I was completely stressed out about mileage and was considering my options. I called Chris and informed him of the situation and changes to my driving needs and within 6 hours and by the end of my evening, Chris had personally delivered my car, signed my papers and just like that, I was in my new vehicle and ready for another road trip. This type of no hassle experience will keep me coming back for years to come. Thanks again Chris and Sheehy for the wonderful service! More

A few days later I called her to say I had obtained financing and she met my wife and me at our office 90 minutes later with a very clean vehicle and all the paperwork.
