My husband and I were in the market to sell 2 cars and purchase/lease 2 new cars. We were originally at another dealership next door that they are not associated with. We could not get them to work with us on the trade in/purchase of 2 vehicles. We left and went next door to the Sheehy Lexus dealer. We honestly were not in the market for a Lexus at the time but left the dealership with a Lexus and used Toyota 4Runner. We met with Rachel as soon as we walked in the door and we stated our frustrations with the previous dealer. She was more than accommodating and instead of just trying to sell us any car on the lot, she took the time to ask us what we wanted. What features do we like, styles etc. I honestly had no idea what I wanted but she showed me the Lexus 200H ct. And honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I wanted the features of an SUV without the bulky size. My husband was in the market for an SUV so we looked at their used inventory and found a newer 4Runner with barely any miles on it. It was in great condition and was also an immediate sale. Once we came to the decision we started the paperwork. When filling out info there is always a lot of tedious, repetitive questions that need to be answered. She made conversation with us about anything interesting to make the time go by a lot faster. It was the end of the day (which I always feel bad keeping people) but she NEVER made us feel like we were taking up her personal time. I knew that it was running late but never felt uncomfortable. Even after the sale she sat with me in my car to set up my Bluetooth and show me the basics. Thank you. Thanks to Michele in financing for all the help. She made the paperwork a breeze and explained all the warranty options that we might be interested in. Again, we were there after closing and in no way did we feel rushed. We have purchased a few cars from the same dealer over the past few years and they were always our "go to" dealer. Well not anymore. We are now huge fans of Rachel and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Rachel took the time to really get to know us and figure out what we needed. It was very refreshing to have a sale rep that knows her product inside and out but can also treat us like people and not just a commission check. I appreciate all that Rachel did to help us find the perfect cars. We are huge fans of Rachel and would 100% recommend working with her and Sheehy of Annapolis for anyone's next purchase. What can I say about Mike Bowen, more then a professional, I wish more sales persons had his complete customer first interest, in are satisfaction. Mike gave me all the time that I needed to go over the RV and test drive. Not just around the block but a real test drive!!!! Time for me to walk around inside and out. Plus made sure everything was working. I ask for the paperwork on the state inspection and Mike got me the information ALL of the information. Only thing I can say is Thank you Mike for making the experience satisfied and rewarding. Mike your customer service, Friendliness and over all experience was outstanding. I have until recently had an excellent experience when servicing my cars, I have one Lexus and I used to have two. More recently since the service department calls have been centralized, calling for an ap servicing my cars, I have one Lexus and I used to have two. More recently since the service department calls have been centralized, calling for an appointment has become a nightmare. They make you wait forever and the staff is inexperienced and unwilling to help. I used to love calling there because the service was so prompt and they were always so nice. They are going to lose their business like this, it is horrible now. More
I was very excited to start looking at Lexus cars as I recently earned a Lexus Car Bonus with my company! Sheehy and Shandrial Hudson both came very highly recommended to me so I stopped by on a Friday af recently earned a Lexus Car Bonus with my company! Sheehy and Shandrial Hudson both came very highly recommended to me so I stopped by on a Friday after work and Shandrial made me feel very comfortable right from the start. We test drove 2 cars and she gave me a wealth of information to take home and think about! I returned to Sheehy with my husband who test drove the RX model that I was most interested in purchasing. Shandrial was very thorough in showing us all of the features of the car and we were excited to make it happen. We wanted to be smart consumers, however and looked around and actually found another RX at a different dealership that seemed as though it would be a better financial decision...even with the car bonus from my company. I couldn't help but think however, the whole time that we were at the other dealership how much more comfortable I felt with Shandrial and Sheehy. Shandrial contacted me that same day, however, and let me know that she located a different car with ALL of the features I wanted that was one of the loaner cars that Sheehy uses for their amazing service program (of providing loaner cars when they PICK UP your car for oil changes!!) The car had VERY low miles and made much more sense for us to purchase! I am so grateful for Shandrial's extra efforts to look for a car for me and make it work on all aspects! I know as more and more people in my company achieve their Lexus bonus', I am going to send them straight to Sheehy and Shandrial. We also appreciated Chris Powell's professionalism and honesty as we went through all of the paper work to finalize the deal. Thank you, Shandrial and Sheehy for a pleasant car buying experience! I had an incredible car buying experience on Saturday (1/11/2014), with Chris Martin and the team at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. After exploring my options at several other local Lexus dealerships and not (1/11/2014), with Chris Martin and the team at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. After exploring my options at several other local Lexus dealerships and not feeling completely satisfied with the results I was getting - both from a pricing and customer service perspective - I visited Sheehy. Less than 48 hours later, I am still blown away be the professionalism, kindness and customer-driven atmosphere at this amazing dealership! Chris Martin is not only an outstanding representative of the Lexus brand, but an excellent sales consultant with a passion for pleasing his customers. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned RX, and Chris was informative and very knowledgeable about the unique features of the vehicle and it's great performance history. While Chris went above and beyond as a sales professional, what truly impressed me was his genuinely good-natured personality and unwaivering patience. Although my first visit with him was late in the day at the end of the week, followed by my return visit on a day with heavy rain and wind, Chris treated me as if we had all of the time in the world and ensured I was able to spend ample time with the vehicle, out of the rain. I cannot say enough about Chris; he is an invaluable asset to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and simply put, the deciding factor in where I made my purchase. I also had the pleasure of working with Doug King and Chris Powell to round out my purchase - Chris Powell brought such warmth and patience to the financial details of my deal; he was incredibly easy to work with. Doug King provided yet another level of great customer service by offering a generous benefit on my final purchase and ensuring all of my questions were answered. Together with Chris Martin, they made my entire experience feel like a team effort, with the end result being my complete satisfaction with my RX. With all of that said, perhaps the greatest testament to the superior quality of Chris Martin and the team at Sheehy, is that my mother, a current RX owner who accompanied me on my visit, is now looking forward to having her vehicle serviced at Sheehy Lexus, despite having been a customer elsewhere for many years. During my visit, Chris and his team treated her with the same level of care and respect that they demonstrated to me, and renewed her faith in the car buying experience. While she has been an enthusiastic RX owner for years, she is now thrilled to have a dealership where the customer service exceeds her expectations and soars above the mediocre service she'd grown accustomed to elsewhere. My husband and I have wanted the Lexus RX for a long time, when we finally decided it was time to buy we went to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis because we have heard many recommendations. The dealership did time, when we finally decided it was time to buy we went to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis because we have heard many recommendations. The dealership did not disappoint. Shandrial Hudson was wonderful to work with, we wanted some very specific features but we also were in the market for a used car, as the new 2014 RX is a bit out of our price range. Shandrial went through all of the cars that fit our criteria and let us test ride as many as we wanted. After test driving the first (and most expensive) of our choices I was sold, however Shandrial did not push us into any quick decisions, she still brought the other car we were interested in around and pointed out all of the features. The first car we test drove was a 2013 very well equipped RX but not in the color I wanted, the second was a 2011 RX in my color preference and also well equipped. I feel like most dealerships would encourage sales personnel to push the car that was significantly more expensive, however through the entire decision making process Shandrial pointed out the features of both models and took a lot of time comparing the pricing options for both vehicles. We ended up buying the 2013 RX and I could not be more thrilled with the car or the buying experience...there was no pressure, no stress and no rush. I would absolutely by another car from Shandrial and from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. The only semi-complaint that I have is with the financing. Lexus was offering a special financing option of .9% for new car purchases, but they did not extend that deal over to used cars. We bought what I feel was a very expensive used car (that was actually a dealership owned and cared for car), we put a pretty large chunk down, and my husband and I both have nearly perfect credit and the best financing offer they would give us was 3.9%, in addition they were not willing to lower the price of the car any more then the sale they were offering that weekend. We were told that the dealership was a no haggle dealership so there was nothing they could do about the price, however I have now read several other reviews of this dealership that discussed their ability to negotiate price. Overall though, I am extremely happy with the result and I could not love my RX more!!! I have price shopped this model and feel we got a good/fair price, I would have just appreciated financing to work with us a bit more to lower the monthly payment. More

Chris showed us what should be standard sales behavior for all dealerships. His professional manner, his complete knowledge of the product along with knowledge of comparison models was superb. His easy going personality made him a real hit for us. Thanks Chris for such expert attention to our needs, listening to what we had to say about our wants and needs in our selection. I purchased a new Lexus SUV 3 years ago and I went with her to assist in getting the best deal possible. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Lexus of Annapolis. Sales Consultant Chris Martin is fantastic! Chris was patient in answering all of our questions; he was very knowledgeable about the SUVs that we looked at and discussed all of the options available to my daughter. Working with Chris Powell, Finance Manager was a pleasant surprise. Chris Powell thoroughly explained in detail options for financing and additional services available. Everything was easy to understand, no pressure! Prior to meeting Chris Powell, my daughter had expressed concern about having to deal with this phase of purchasing a vehicle. Most people dislike having to deal with the financial part of the process. Chris Powell and Lexus of Annapolis made it so easy. Doug King, Sales Manager was diligent in ensuring that my daughter was 100% satisfied with her purchase. The entire experience was great! The service we received was that of someone purchasing a new vehicle, not a certified pre-owned. As a result of this great service, I will be bringing my car to Lexus of Annapolis for regular maintenance. I will be sharing this great experience with family and friends. We have just purchased our third Lexus RX just less than 2 weeks ago. We were really just stopping by to take a look because my husband thought he wanted another RX. We worked with Shandrial Hudson, who we believe went above and beyond for us. She spent a great deal of time with us over 3 visits and offered a huge wealth of information that convinced us that we did, indeed, want to get another Lexus RX. While we were unsure of a color choice (we thought maybe white) Shandrial introduced us to a beautiful new color, Merlo Mica, on the show room floor. We both loved it! Before long, she had it driven off the floor into the basement for us - my husband didn't want anyone else sitting in it! Shandrial spent quite some time with us when we came back to pick it up (after application of paint and leather protection) explaining in detail all of the features. She never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and helped us understand everything throughout the entire process. Annapolis Lexus is very lucky to have her on your team.
