I recently bought a 2014 Lexus and frankly I have always been an Acura person. Edward Jackson was very persistent in contacting me and continuing to tell me the great things about this vehicle and what was been an Acura person. Finally, I agreed to come in and experience it for myself. I am happy to say that on the sheer basis of his ability to demonstrate all aspects of the car to me and why this car was specifically great, I bought here. I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness of the business, and the very polished presentation that everyone there represents. I am a single woman and the service and ease of having maintenance done is very important to me as well as a very welcoming and warm environment. More

Shandrial Hudson is very personable. I had an excellent purchasing experience with her. She took the time to explain the difference of the regular drive and Hybrid drive system . I was so happy to know that the cars were available at the dealership. As we looked around, Shandrial explained all of the features...the navigation system; blindspot; audio and app suite were really new to me. The day I visited the dealership, we were only "looking." Needless to say, we left the dealership with the purchase of my RX350. Shandrial delivered it to my house. Thank you Shandrial for making my car purchase comfortable and not stressful. My experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is hands above any other. I bought my 2003 Lexus in for service and never thought that I would be leaving with a newer car. My salesman, Edward Jackson provided me with a smooth experience. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about the product that I eventually bought. He never doubted what he felt that he could do for me.I was extremely impressed by the way he prepared for my arrival in the frigid weather. The car was warmed and ready to go. I explained that my credit was challenged and he said, "we help people." Hearing those words at a time like this in my life is what i needed and I'll never forget. He delivered and now I am driving my beautiful car with lower miles, a note within the range that I stated and great possibilities for my future. I will buy more cars from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis in the future and be sure to tell every single one of my friends, family and colleagues about Edward Jackson and the luxurious Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis experience. Last but not least, Chris Powell during the financial discussion explained everything and at no time did I feel pressured or confused about the terms. Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis earned a '5' in every dealership evaluation criteria listed; specifically based on my experience with Chris Martin (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Chris Powell (Finance Mana dealership evaluation criteria listed; specifically based on my experience with Chris Martin (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Chris Powell (Finance Manager), and Doug King (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) throughout the vehicle purchase process. From the time I walked onto the showroom floor to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in, Chris Martin approached me within 2 minutes (or less!) to ask if I needed any assistance; despite the fact that he appeared to be quite busy. I immediately felt at ease with Chris due to his genuine, sincere nature. I knew right then that he was the Sales Consultant I wanted to work with- I could see quite clearly that he was honest and transparent. I trusted him immediately; which is a rarity when one is car shopping. During the test-drive of the vehicle, Chris Martin answered every question I had; and spent extra time with me explaining how the different features in the vehicle functioned, and the differences between it and the car I was to trade in. I appreciated his patience, was impressed by his knowledge, and comforted by his willingness and initiative to find the few answers for me that he didn't happen to know specifically (he obviously wanted to give me the most accurate information possible; and was in contact with me immediately once he obtained it). I discussed my financial capabilities and constraints with Chris Martin, who then called Chris Powell over to his desk for introductions and to explain my desires, needs, and what financial options were available to me which would enable me to afford what is quite frankly the car of my dreams. Chris Martin and Chris Powell proceeded to collaborate with Doug King; to explore what options were available to get me behind the wheel of this car in the most timely, financially responsible matter possible. The next day, Chris Powell called to let me know that he had been in contact with several banks, reviewed many financing options; and presented me with the best possible package to meet my financial situation. Not only did I appreciate his initiative and aggressive pursuit of the best financial fit for me; I also appreciated the fact that he was able to do everything he did without making multiple "hard inquiries" against my credit report. I was also extremely grateful that since this "leg work" had been done prior to my arrival to the dealership to purchase the car; it took minutes to complete the transaction vs. hours- which is what I have consistently experienced at other dealerships. Throughout my entire buying experience; Chris Martin, Chris Powell, and Doug King made themselves readily available to me and were exceedingly accommodating and kind. Their hard work not only put me behind the wheel of my dream car- their hard work went above and beyond "Great." I would have liked to have had the option to rate them higher than the 1-5/'Very Bad-Great' scale above; as they truly earned and deserve ratings of 10++/'Excellent, Outstanding, Peerless, and Impeccable.' All of my dealings with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis have been pleasant and trouble-free; but this experience with Chris Martin, Chris Powell, and Doug King was all of those things and more. It was enjoyable. It exceeded any expectation I could have had, and then some. I have always recommended Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis to my friends and family in the past. Now I will recommend Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis' Chris Martin, Chris Powell, and Doug King to my friends and family- because this is the Dream Team of the dealership; and the only 3 people in the country I'd ever buy from in the future. Mike's passion and limitless enthusiasm is very contagious. No one can be around him without being affected in a very positive way! He helped make process of selecting a new car, getting the best price and then purchasing the vehicle enjoyable. I am very grateful of Mike's sure knowledge, paired with his customer service skills - - not often found in this industry. All of the staff at Sheehy Lexus are very attentive and understand the importance of the "experience" in it's entirety, and how that translates into great customer service which is a good reflection on the company's well-earned name. My husband and I were in the market to sell 2 cars and purchase/lease 2 new cars. We were originally at another dealership next door that they are not associated with. We honestly were not in the market for a Lexus at the time but left the dealership with a Lexus and used Toyota 4Runner. We met with Rachel as soon as we walked in the door and we stated our frustrations with the previous dealer. She was more than accommodating and instead of just trying to sell us any car on the lot, she took the time to ask us what we wanted. What features do we like, styles etc. I honestly had no idea what I wanted but she showed me the Lexus 200H ct. And honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I wanted the features of an SUV without the bulky size. My husband was in the market for an SUV so we looked at their used inventory and found a newer 4Runner with barely any miles on it. It was in great condition and was also an immediate sale. Once we came to the decision we started the paperwork. When filling out info there is always a lot of tedious, repetitive questions that need to be answered. She made conversation with us about anything interesting to make the time go by a lot faster. It was the end of the day (which I always feel bad keeping people) but she NEVER made us feel like we were taking up her personal time. I knew that it was running late but never felt uncomfortable. Even after the sale she sat with me in my car to set up my Bluetooth and show me the basics. Thank you. Thanks to Michele in financing for all the help. She made the paperwork a breeze and explained all the warranty options that we might be interested in. Again, we were there after closing and in no way did we feel rushed. We have purchased a few cars from the same dealer over the past few years and they were always our "go to" dealer. Well not anymore. We are now huge fans of Rachel and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Rachel took the time to really get to know us and figure out what we needed. It was very refreshing to have a sale rep that knows her product inside and out but can also treat us like people and not just a commission check. I appreciate all that Rachel did to help us find the perfect cars. We are huge fans of Rachel and would 100% recommend working with her and Sheehy of Annapolis for anyone's next purchase. Plus made sure everything was working. I ask for the paperwork on the state inspection and Mike got me the information ALL of the information. I have until recently had an excellent experience when servicing my cars, I have one Lexus and I used to have two. More recently since the service department calls have been centralized, calling for an ap servicing my cars, I have one Lexus and I used to have two. More recently since the service department calls have been centralized, calling for an appointment has become a nightmare. They make you wait forever and the staff is inexperienced and unwilling to help. I used to love calling there because the service was so prompt and they were always so nice. They are going to lose their business like this, it is horrible now. More
