We purchased our 2006 Lexus ES 330 from your dealership and have always been pleased with the courtesy and competence of your service staff and customer service. This September we purchased a new Lexus ES and have always been pleased with the courtesy and competence of your service staff and customer service. This September we purchased a new Lexus ES 350. Purchasing a new car is never an easy for us, but Rachel Holdereid proved to us it didn't have to be that way. She immediately put us at ease, located a car on the lot that fit our needs, and made the whole experience both easy and free of stress. It was late in the day and she was starting to feel a cold coming on, but she made all the necessary arrangements, including arranging a discount on an expensive automatic doorlock repair on our ES 330 (which we kept.) She is truly amazing. Rachel then introduced us to Chris Powell who patiently explained the benefits of a single pay lease (we previously paid cash but based of his advice we went ahead with the lease.) We agreed to meet with Rachel for our "orientation" when we returned to pick up the ES 330, but when her cold got worse she arranged for us to meet with Cory who spent almost 2 hours with us not only going over the ES 350's many technical features but making sure we were fully "connected" before we left. I had a wonderful experience at Sheehy Lexus. The service was excellent. The prices were reasonable. Chris Martin was a great sales consultant. To begin with, I have known Mike Bowen for over 13 years. He was introduced to me by Rich Morton, the former owner of Rich Morton Lincoln-Mercury-Mazda. At that time Rich was a neighbor of mine. My wife and He was introduced to me by Rich Morton, the former owner of Rich Morton Lincoln-Mercury-Mazda. At that time Rich was a neighbor of mine. My wife and I both favored FORD MOTOR PRODUCTS and when it came time for some turnaround, I contacted Rich who in turn put us in the care of Mike Bowen. Over those last 13 years as best I can recall, my wife and I purchased (leased) a total of 8 different vehicles (4 Lincolns and 4 Mercury Mountaineers) always using this fine young man as our Sales Adviser. His great personal touch and sensational attention to detail have never disappointed us even after the sales transactions were completed. If I had a problem I could always depend on Mike to steer me to the right person in the dealership. Mike is never too busy to return a call and help resolve a problem even when it comes to parts and maintenance. As I neared the termination of a lease Mike, I could always depend on Mike to get me the exact replacement (color and features and model) that my wife or I wanted. In February of 2013, Mike called to tell me that in so much as Rich Morton had given up his Lincoln Franchise, he (Mike) had moved on to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Remembering that my 2010 Mountaineer lease was due to terminate sometime in September of 2013, he suggested that I come in and check out the 2013 RX 350. He knew I was a huge fan of Mountaineers in the color white with tan interior and so when I got to the dealership, he sat me down in a white 350 RX with a tan interior and began to win me over. Because I loved the Mercury so much, it took a day or so but after some heavy thinking i decided to make the move into a Lexus. Mike arranged a fair smooth and early termination of my lease, and when I arrived for the trade in and transfer Mike (as always) had everything all coordinated and ready to go. In about an hour, I was driving out in my white RX 350 with a tan interior equipped exactly way I preferred and I have never looked back. I am totally satisfied with my Lexus, and the highly personalized Sheehy Experience. Thanks to Mike Bowen, SHEEHY of ANNAPOLIS now has ANOTHER a NEW and HIGHLY SATIFIED LEXUS client but the story does not stop there. In mid August, sadly, I was involved in a minor accident with the RX. While still at the scene, I called Mike at SHEEHY to ascertain what he recommended I do to insure as prompt and proper repair. He was OFF THAT DAY but SHEEHY put me directly thru to his cell phone and Mike once again came thru in his always ready to help dependable way. Within 20 minutes (still at the scene) I received a call from Shawn Titus, the owner of Jeff's Auto Body in Chester, MD. Shawn went way, way out of his way to help me through my dilemma and had the GEICO waiting appraiser at his place when I arrived the next morning. The turnaround repair was seamlessly completed within a week and the care and quality of JEFFS AUTO BODY, A LEXUS REPAIR SPECIALIST proved that both SHEEHY of ANNAPOLIS and Mike Bowen are ALWAYS THERE AND READY TO ASSIST there customers in a very personalized way long after the vehicle leaves the showroom. I am a long-time Sheehy Lexus customer and always planned to get my next Lexus at Sheehy of Annapolis. Chris Martin was my sales rep and was responsive, helpful, and professional in every way. My only criticism was the dealership's lack of preparedness for the mob of people at the place on the Saturday before Labor Day. I just came to buy a car, but apparently others were there to win a car. It was way too much work to try to find a rep to sell me a car! I was told that I HAD to stand in a long line to "sign-in" before I could see a sales person, even though I wasn't particularly interested in the contest. So we all stood there in a winding line, dumbfounded, while one woman took us one by one, made us answer an inane survey and then handed each of us a little gift. And after all that, I understand no one even won the car. Anyway, I'm still a loyal customer of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and Chris Martin was great, but don't do that again without bringing in enough people so that people who are ready to purchase don't get agitated! More
