Once I located a certified vehicle that I liked, there were a couple of concerns and question at the friendliness, customer service, and facilities. He went a step further and accompanied the driver when the car was delivered and gave my a thorough overview of the cars capabilities and even helped set up the garage door opener and bluetooth connection. I loved my experience with Lexus of Annapolis. My sales person (Chris Martin) was awesome with all aspects of the delivery of my RX 300.
