This is clearly a flagship Lexus Dealership. From the sales floor to the shop floor and especially to the professional staff, Sheehy Lexus has topped any car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in with a unique problem and a short schedule and they pulled out all the stops to make me a great deal. While I was under pressure to close a deal, the pressure didn't come from them. In fact, their support relaxed that pressure as we worked to a satisfying conclusion in a brief time. While they are not the closest Lexus dealership to me, I am happy to travel there for my follow up maintenance. Great job Sheehy Lexus - I'll be back. More

Cory welcomed us at the door and took us on a tour of the facility especially pointing out the service department and what they had to offer. Amanda Clinton was so wonderful to deal with. So friendly and attentaive to our needs. She went over and above on her customer service with us. The Internet is a great tool to use to find a vehicle if you can't find exactly what you are looking for in your area. The initial salesperson began to correspond but dropped out of further negotiations and couldn't answer my questions. I was passed on to the Sales Manager. Either way, I only received partial response to the questions that I asked, no photo images of the car and no return call to find out how to proceed to purchase this car. I sent emails and left messages and finally gave up. I can thank this dealership for the reminder of the importance to purchase things locally. More
