He showed us a very gently pre-owned car (which I had found on the Internet and was the reason I went along). He took us on a test drive explaining all the features of the car and patiently answered all my husband's many questions. My husband is a Libra and so has difficulty making up his mind. Corey never rushed us or grew impatient that the sale was taking so long. We have had nothing but good experiences at Sheehy. The service personnel are very polite and courteous. They answer all our questions and explain what needs to be done and/or what has been done. Even when we bring the car in for servicing, Corey always warmly greets us and remembers our names. This was greatly appreciated -- and it certainly not the case at some other dealers we visited. In fact, one of the dealership's owners thanked us personally as we departed. We were able to negotiate a great price, and we have been very pleased with the service we've received following the purchase. There was a minor issue that Cory and the Sheehy team resolved seamlessly. While we might have liked to receive more for our trade-in (ultimately we decided not to trade our old car in), the overall experience was excellent. I Purchased a 2009 350 LEXUS for my 50th B-DAY which was May 8th. I wanted it prior to my B-Day, so I went to the dealership on May 3rd. I arrived at Sheehy Lexus at about 7:15 pm and I was leaving there by 8 pm with my new Lexus. The Sales Manager Mr. Doug King came over and meet me and ensured me that they would take very good care of me. All I can say is that they did just that. Mrs. Clinton was friendly, polite courteous and had a great attitude to work with. I explained what I wanted to her and she showed me the vehicle that I wanted after browsing a little. She knew what she was sale ling and what I wanted. I LOVE my car. I have even had a couple loaners, but the one she sold me is the one for ME.
