The initial salesperson began to correspond but dropped out of further negotiations and couldn't answer my questions. I was passed on to the Sales Manager. Either way, I only received partial response to the questions that I asked, no photo images of the car and no return call to find out how to proceed to purchase this car. I sent emails and left messages and finally gave up. I can thank this dealership for the reminder of the importance to purchase things locally. More

I submitted a request for a LX570 to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and Ms. Amanda Clinton called to advise me that the vehicle that I requested had arrived. Ms. Clinton provided me with the WEB Site that displayed all of the information about the vehicle and I responded to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and Ms. Clinton greeted me upon my entrance into the Lexus Dealer show room. I advised Ms. Clinton of my name, and I advised Ms. Clinton that I wanted to see the LX570. I was allowed to drive the LX570 and Ms. Clinton was very patient with me. I had some difficulties but Ms. Clinton, and her manager Mr. Doug King assisted me and worked with me for a long time so I could purchase the LX570. The LX570 was a car that I wanted for a long time but was not given the opportunities to purchase. Upon my entrance into Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis I was greeted by Ms. Clinton and I understood at that time that I was meeting a smart and friendly employee who was intelligent, and as Ms. Clinton started to communicate, I understood even more things about the Lexus LX570. Mr. Doug King was very supportive in working with me and he did not give up on me but continued when I thought others would have stopped. I commend Ms. Clinton and I commend Mr. King for working very hard on getting me the opportunity to have the vehicle that I have worked so hard for to own. The support of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is noted and appreciated, and will never be forgotten. My husband and I visited Lexus of Alexandria and were told that the price for a lease would be $200 higher than quoted because of a qualified buyer status. We were then insulted by the finance manager who proceeded to ask us if we had ever owned a luxury car before and that Lexus had its "standards". My husband and I own 2 houses so we feel we are creditworthy and obviously so do the banks. A good friend of ours drives a lexus and so we asked her about her sales experience and she told us about Sheehy of Annapolis. She introduced us to Cory by phone and we explained what car we were looking at, what we were looking for in terms of payments, what we had to trade in and how much we could put down. Cory worked everything out and treated us with respect. We drove home that night in our new car extremely satisfied with our purchase. I dont know which I am happier with, the new car or the people at Sheehy - they were AWESOME! I would recommend them to everyone I know. I never felt pressured and I felt they worked with us and were extremely reasonable and showed such willingness and ability to work in our parameters. Thank you Cory!!! More

He showed us a very gently pre-owned car (which I had found on the Internet and was the reason I went along). He took us on a test drive explaining all the features of the car and patiently answered all my husband's many questions. My husband is a Libra and so has difficulty making up his mind. Corey never rushed us or grew impatient that the sale was taking so long. We have had nothing but good experiences at Sheehy. The service personnel are very polite and courteous. They answer all our questions and explain what needs to be done and/or what has been done. Even when we bring the car in for servicing, Corey always warmly greets us and remembers our names. The free car washes are a fabulous perk, one which we use often. More

At Sheehy, there was none of the unpleasant sales tactics that are often associated with the car-buying experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful -- in short, genuinely interested in earning our business. This was greatly appreciated -- and it certainly not the case at some other dealers we visited. In fact, one of the dealership's owners thanked us personally as we departed. We were able to negotiate a great price, and we have been very pleased with the service we've received following the purchase. There was a minor issue that Cory and the Sheehy team resolved seamlessly. While we might have liked to receive more for our trade-in (ultimately we decided not to trade our old car in), the overall experience was excellent.
