I bought my first Lexus from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I love that this is a full-service dealership, so I didn't have to go to the MVA. All of the staff were very friendly. Rachael made sure the car I wanted was there for me when I came back in and ready for me to bring home. All of the other staff knew my name when I walked in and made me feel very comfortable when I came in the second time to buy. I absolutely love my new car and am happy to be a Lexus owner. It appears to be a growing dealership and I want to work with a team that is going to be there for me long term. They have not disappointed. The service department is equally as pleasant to deal with. They always manage to accommodate my last minute call for scheduling service. They will pick the car up and bring it back to me at the office. If I take it in for service, they will offer a loaner car. I can even get recommendations on where to get a good steak dinner ... truly a full service dealership. I'd be lost without them. They make me feel like a member of the family.
