He was adept at the technology built in to the car, and adroitly showed me the facile user interface, and promised a lifetime of continued service from him, personally, even after the deal closed. My subsequent visits there proved he was telling me the truth, as he did throughout our entire buying experience. The dealership is ABSOLUTELY over-flowing with free owner amenities! Their coffee and food service area is always well-stocked and clean, their free wi-fi / internet access is easily accessible, and they offer free computers / laptops for customers to use while they wait in the large waiting area. The service reception area is well-organized, there is a logical flow to the process of arriving and obtaining service, and each customer is treated with the kind of courtesy and respect that left many other auto dealers long ago. I find no condescending attitudes, and no snickering about requests or complaints after a customer has departed. They are a thoroughly professional auto dealer. More

I happened to come across a 2010 Lexus RX 350 at the Lexus of Annapolis dealership that matched the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealership on a Friday around 8pm about the vehicle and made an offer. Within the hour I was contacted by Shandrial Hudson. Shandrial informed me that the sales manager was no longer there, but she would direct my e-mail to his attention and get back to me around 9am that Saturday. At 9am exactly on that Saturday morning, Shandrial called to give me the dealership's best offer. That Wednesday, I traveled from PA to the dealership in MD to check out the vehicle. This was my first visit to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was given a very formal greeting and the hospitality was fantastic. We were offered coffee, water, snacks, etc. I was offered a test drive which I did accept. The vehicle matched the description Shandrial had provided me over the phone that Saturday. I came back from the test drive and was offered a somewhat better price on the vehicle. However, my only complaint was that at another Lexus dealership in PA I was offered $1000 more for my trade than what I was offered here. The Kelly Blue Book value was also $1000 more than what the dealership gave me for my trade. This issue was reconciled when the business manager, after 15 minutes of contemplation, decided to lower the price of the vehicle to compensate for the loss on the trade in value. All transfers for this vehicle were done seemlessly and very timely. I thought buying a vehicle from MD would cause headaches for transfers but everything was done promptly and correctly. My husband and I went in at 4pm on a Saturday to test drive the car and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of time and attention that Chris spent with us just on the test drive. Chris was not aware of our intentions to buy that day, but spent quality time with us going over the features and functions of the car. When it came down to talking price, the pitch was not pushy at all. I also want to add that the finance agent was also amazing. Very informative, and also not pushy when it came to adding on things like extended warranty etc. I would hands down buy my next car from Lexus of Annapolis without a doubt. The price was fair, customer service superb, and the car- well they speak for themselves. Don't think twice about visiting this dealership! More
