Tara Wilson was outstanding. The finance manager, the service manager and the entire staff is outstanding as well. The car, a 2008 IS250 is good, but not great. Erick is knowledgeable, courteous, helpfull and very trustworthy, tha latter being a trait not always found in this industry. He promised us that he would be there for any follow up needs and he has been there on each occassion in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with Erick's support and feel that his performance is something that any dealership or company would be very proud to have. His knowledge is indicative of the hard work that he has put in to fully understand what he is selling and to represent the dealership in a very positive manner. Our hats are off to Erick and we are grategull for his service. In addition, I would like to add that our experience with the service department has been generally very good and I especially want to point out the head of the Service Department, Peter Paul and Service Technician, Joe (do not know his last name)as always beiing extremely helpful and supportive. This is the second New Lexus vehicle we have purchased from Ms Hollis at Sheehy of Annapolis. Can't say enough about the quality of the service we received from her. My experience has been that there has been excellent communication, good input about what needs attention on the car, real patience in diagnosing whatever the problem is (few problems), all without breaking the bank in terms of expense. In my household we own an ES and a different manufacturer's brand; the difference in approach, customer service and expertise is obvious. Sheehy Lexus is a business I would not hestitate to build a long term relationship with. More

Follow up calls/emails were sent, but always with offer to answer questions, etc. Once we decided to purchase a vehicle the paperwork was handled efficiently & thoroughly. We did select an exterior color that wasn't one of our choices due to availability. That seems to be an issue with most dealerships we visited. Overall very pleased with our experience. More
