I purchased an RX 350 on my first visit to Sheey Lexus of Annapolis. I felt that Tara Wilson was very clear in her description of the vehicle but at the same time she really let the RX speak for itself. The Annapolis. I had just had foot surgery so she suggested to bring the car to my house for me to look at the features I had inquired about. At that time I thought I might want to buy this. She was not pushy nor iritating but asked me to give her a call if I had any more questions or she could assist with anything. I called her back and the rest is history. I traded in my 2009 350RX and purchased a 2010 RX350. The transaction went very smooth and quick. I bought a new vehicle and never stepped foot in the dealership. This is the kind of customer service that will make me continue to do business with Lexus in the future and tell my friends about. More

We set a time to meet, and my husband and I spent most of a hot Saturday on the lot while Shandrail patiently and thoroughly demonstrated all the features of the new 2010 RX 350 and then examined the pre-owned models that interested us as well. She kept us hydrated and informed. What could have been a very stressful and unpleasant experience was made enjoyable and enlightening by Shandrial and the team at Lexus of Annapolis. The straight forward and professional manner that each question and detail was addressed made us feel confident in our decision as we happily drove away in the Lexus of our choice. Our assurance of continued customer service was demonstrated later that evening. Shandrial had set up some of the technical features on our car and had me practice the bluetooth system using her cell phone. Somehow, the infamous "last # called redial" caused my phone to call hers and she pleasantly called me back at 9 p.m. on Saturday night, sorry she missed my call but ready to help.
