My experience was horrible. The sales counselor was distant, busy with other things and very inattentive. Not behavior I would expect from a place were I was looking at aluxury car. While I was there he left me alone several times, answered his phone in the middle of our conversation. When I expressed that I was upset he told me that the phone cal was important. It was from his office. We were standing in th dealership parking lot. I felt as if I was the very least of many concerns he was working on. This was not the first visit with the salesman. On the first visit he was not well educated on the cars guessing (wrong) on several of my questions. He was more interested in getting inside and writing a sales order than trying to understand what I wanted. I felt like he was very superficial. Now I am stuck because every time I go there he is going to expect me to talk to him. I do not want to talk to him, confront him or whatever. I just want a car. Maybe the BMW dealer down the street will be better. More

I am experience in car leasing and my wife wanted to lease an RX350. I called the dealership and Rick was assigned to me. He was very responsive and called me every time that he said he would. He also respected my request to not call my house as I was surprising my wife. Once I went into the dealership, he was easy to work with and within a few hours I had signed paperwork on the spot. He was able to get the car prepped and I picked it up on schedule. I would definitely recommend him to others. More
There has never been a time when I arrived in the service department without a proper friendly warm greeting. The Valet- Mr. Smith always asks about my son and has some sort of personal reference. Robert makes sure my car is serviced in all possible aspects. If there is a problem or issue he advises me immediately. Recently my water pump was leaking. I was not aware of it. However, the technicians noticed it and it was fixed immediately. I will definitely purchase another Lexus from Lexus of Richmond. Due to the outstanding service I receive. More

I have owned six Lexus vehicles so far!, I don't ever see me owning anything else. In addition to being an incredible car, the dealership service is even better!
