Mike was so helpful as we planned our 125-mile trip to the dealership. He met us when we arrived, answered our questions and eventually referred us to Carla Spadaro. Carla seemed like an old friend from the moment we met her. Her knowledge of the product was impressive, she answered every question but we never felt as if we were being pressured. Once we decided on the RX 350, including the options and wheels of our choosing, Carla took care of the rest... she made it happen. The entire process was seamless. Carla and Mike more than exceeded our expectations; we have never encountered such a positive car-buying experience. The day we picked up our new Lexus, David Mickens processed our paperwork. He, too, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining additional services. Every person that we encountered was friendly and extremely helpful, including Lola, the technology specialist, who quickly synced my phone with the vehicle. We will recommend Lexus of Richmond to our family and friends, and we're certain that we will return to Lexus of Richmond when we purchase our next vehicle. More
The people were very friendly except one. There was a salesman ( Renjit) who should not work at a place like Lexus. And he did and provided me with another sales representative. The other Salesman ( Rick) was great . This was a class act !!!! When we first arrived and Newton greeted us, we said we were just interested in test driving a Lexus Rx 350. He quickly set us up and off we went. At no time did he use high pressure tactics as so many salesmen tend to do. We then proceeded to drive 7 other vehicles of various makes and models over the next few weeks. We called Newton and said we wanted to take a second test drive. Again it was a quick and easy process. He treated us with kindness and respect ... no arm twisting. With Real Estate, a home sells itself ... not the agent. The same is true with a car. A great product sells itself. On Sunday we were over to the Dealership and noticed the Deep Sea Mica Rx 350 in the front row. On Monday we gave Newton a call to say we wanted one with that color, but we weren't interested in the 19" wheels or the towing package. He ended up getting the tires switched out for us, since it is difficult to find one with that color. Papers were prepared, and after some negotiation Tuesday evening, the car was ours. Lola spent 2 hours with us Wednesday to make sure we understood the car before we drove off. She too was very helpful and professional. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience with your Dealership!!! More
WOW is an understatement!! What an awesome experience buying a used car! I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the sidewalk by a very friendly gentleman. However, I had an appointment previously scheduled with Nick to look at a used Rav4 Ltd. I had a couple phone calls previously with Nick prior to getting to the dealership. I had a 2 hour drive one way and didn't want to waste my time. I pretty much walked in and the turned around to find the Rav4 Ltd waiting for me to test drive. After getting back from the test drive (which didn't take to long for me to decide this WAS the vehicle for me), Nick had the papers waiting for me to review. I transferred all of my belongings from my old car. David then came for me to sign the papers. He was soooo nice and friendly (clean and smelling good in his office!) This was absolutely the best dealership purchase experience that I have ever had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone in need of a vehicle. Thanks More

My original salesman in 1999 was Osama and then, in 2008, Tink however, this time, I had a much better sales experience. I didn't feel pressured or hi jinxed and Rick gave me my space, answered all of my questions and worked to get a deal that made me happy. I left loving my car and feeling good about the sales experience. I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new Lexus! More

Must Buy! I don't where to start. I bought a 2008 ES 350 that looks and drives like a brand new car. Rick Bernard put together a purchase package I just could I don't where to start. The car allowance for my trade in blew me away and the financing, well it was the best deal in all my years of purchasing vehicles.
